BBQ / Pool Key / Garage Sale News
Posted on Apr 11th, 2017 Comments (0)
Thank you to all the residents who came out for the HOA BBQ! It takes neighbors that are willing to volunteer and help out to make events like this possible. More than 150 residents joined us at the park. A special thank you to Chris Stephan, our Social Committee Chair for spearheading the event. Great job Chris!!! I would also like to thank fellow board members Kyle Regier, Matt Baldridge, Brian Herr and Rick Salsbury for making the event such a huge success! Matt also donated the leftovers to the local fire station from our community, thanks Matt!

We are getting a new pool key system. There was a delay in programming the pool keys so they will be mailed to you soon. As long as HOA dues are current, they will be be activated.

Spring garage sale dates are May 5-6!

Want to volunteer? If you would like to help join a committee, plan a future event, help with communication, social media, start a Mom's group or anything at all, please contact Chris Stephan. We are looking for positive minded people who want to make our community an even a better place to live.

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Committee reviews the Architectural Change Forms required to be submitted by homeowners prior to implementing any exterior modification, including landscaping, decks, fences, paint, etc. The Architectural Committee's goal is to ensure that property values within Arlington Park continue to rise. The approval process is designed to meet this goal by ensuring a neighbor, for example, does not install a gaudy exterior feature or paint their home an unacceptable color.
